Handling in YamanekoGames & Other Services (Games and Apps)

Information We Collect

The game and application services may collect and use the following information to provide the services:

• External Platform Account Information: User ID, display name, and profile picture URL from linked external platforms (LINE, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, etc.), which are used for user identification and ranking display in games or apps.
• Game / App Play Data: Data such as scores, achievements, game/app progress, save data, and inventory items.
• Device Information / Log Information: Information such as IP address, access date and time, usage environment, error logs, etc.
• 【Special Note】Local-Only Applications: Local-only applications such as "Zenryoku Timer" (Zenryoku Clock) save all goals and log data strictly within the device's local storage. They do not require account registration or cloud synchronization, and the Company does not collect or transmit any user data to external servers.

Purpose of Use of Information

The collected information will be used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and sync data for the services and applications
• To display and share user names, avatars, and scores in ranking and friend features
• To save and manage users' game/app progress and save data
• To respond to inquiries
• To respond to acts that violate the Terms of Service
• To improve service quality and investigate bugs/errors

Use of External Services

The services use the following external services for data storage, quality improvement, and analysis.

Firebase (Firestore / Cloud Functions / App Hosting / Crashlytics)

We use Firebase provided by Google Inc. for data storage, synchronization, hosting, and crash reporting (Crashlytics). As a result, data is stored on Google's servers. (For local-only applications, we may only use Crashlytics to collect anonymous logs for stability and quality improvement.)

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics provided by Google Inc. to understand the usage status of the services. Google Analytics uses Cookies, etc. and collects data in a form that does not identify individuals.

Deletion of User Data (Account Deletion)

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal information held by the Company. You can request deletion through in-game/in-app features (such as account deletion) or by the following email procedure:

1. Please send an email to the inquiry counter (contact@yamaneko.works) with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Please include the name of the service you use, the platform name (LINE, Google, Apple, etc.), and the user ID that can be confirmed in the game/app in the body of the email.
3. After confirming your identity, we will delete the relevant data on the server within a reasonable period.

Handling in AI ChatBot

Information We Collect

This chatbot service collects text messages entered by users.

Purpose of Use of Information

The entered information is used to generate responses by AI.

Use of External Services

This service uses the Google Gemini API to generate responses.

Google Gemini API

User input data is sent to Google for response generation. Data handling at Google is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and AI-related terms. Note that while we do not intend to permanently store user input data, it may be temporarily recorded as logs for service quality improvement.
