Article 1 (Introduction)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users arising from the Service. However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer provision shall not apply.

Article 4 (Change of Service Content, etc.)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying Users, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users thereby.

Article 5 (Change of Terms of Service)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users if it deems it necessary. If a User starts using the Service after the change of these Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.

Registration

The Service is available to anyone with a Facebook account. By starting the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Suspension of Service Provision, etc.

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following grounds exist:

  • When performing maintenance inspections or updates of the computer system related to the Service
  • When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When computers or communication lines, etc. stop due to an accident

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

Accuracy of Information

This chatbot uses AI technology (Google Gemini API) to generate responses. The generated information may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Please verify with official sources when making important decisions.

Input Data

Do not input personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.), confidential information, or information that infringes on the rights of third parties into the chatbot.

Usage Limits

The service may be suspended without notice due to API usage limits or system maintenance. Additionally, usage may be restricted if inappropriate use, such as excessive continuous posting, is confirmed.
